A WildTangent TIP: What Happened To My WildCoins?

Hello, ‘Tangenter!

Sometimes (and especially for long-time players), you might go into our games app or our website and find that your WildCoins are gone when you go to buy a game.

Don’t panic!

You might see this screen and wonder where your WildCoins went…

What To Do:

Sign in to your WildTangent Account again. Here’s a Help Center article with more information.

Why This Happens:

If you’re anything like me, you keep yourself signed in to your WildTangent Account – so you don’t have to enter your password every time. It’s really convenient and I sometimes always need my games fix fast!

Periodically, your account may log you off, meaning you’ll have to sign in again. This could happen for a whole bunch of different reasons and some of them are very good – like lovely security updates that help protect our computers. (Yay!)

What If It Didn’t Work?

That means we need to dig a little deeper and our Customer Support Team is happy to give you some one-on-one help. Just contact them here.

To help our team help you even faster, include this information in your message to our Support Team:

  • The error message you are receiving (if applicable).
  • The email address that you are using to log in.
  • The number of WildCoins you have (or should have) in your account.

Happy gaming!

Just linked to this post in our forum … in an existing topic about why users may lose their offline Wildcoins.

I can’t be the only one who reads your Blog but I seem to be almost the only one who posts to it. It would be nice if you had a more visible audience.

Otherwise, your very useful Blog may end up going the way of the very useful forum. :(

I’d love to have other readers join our discussions. :) *Ahem* This is an open invitation. Don’t be shy, readers!

Thank you for posting so much, Spock. It always makes my day to read your comments.

Happy I can help. Wish I had more active participation in our new forum as well. We have so much information just sitting there waiting to be mined and used …

Tutorial: How do I register for the forum?
