- At the top of your browser, click on "Tools."
- On the Tools menu, select "Internet Options."
- Go to the "Privacy" Tab, then click the "Default" button.
- Click the "Advanced" button. On the Advanced screen, be sure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is NOT checked.
- Click "OK".
