On the hunt for spicy stories, a reporter follows the trail of Jack the Ripper, the famous serial killer that is terrorising the White Chapel district. In his eagerness, he goes so far as to falsify letters from Jack the Ripper and send them to the police. Soon, he's ideal suspect for the police at Scotland Yard.
