Social Summer Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Please read these rules before entering the Social Summer Sweepstakes. In order to be eligible to win a prize in this Sweepstakes, you must first enter according to these rules. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand, who are 18 or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees or to immediate family members of employees of WildTangent, Inc. ("Sponsor") or its affiliates. This Sweepstakes is subject to all state and Federal laws. It is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter & Win.

To Enter By Completing the Sweepstakes Entry Form. All eligible entrants may participate in this Sweepstakes by visiting http://www.wildtangent.com/offers?k=socialsummer and completing the Sweepstakes Entry Form in a manner that adheres to Sweepstakes guidelines for question submission. Winning entries must contain answers to the 3 questions of the day and valid contact information. All Review Entries must be received by Deadline to be eligible for a chance to win. Review Entries may not contain any obscenities, profanity, discriminatory language, material not suitable for public forum, or any advertisement or offers. Review Entries may not invade upon the publicity rights or privacy of any person or otherwise infringe upon any person or entity's personal or proprietary rights, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Rejection of a Review Entry that does not comply with these Official Rules will void the Review Entry. Limit one (1) entry per day per email address.

To Enter Without Completing A Review. To enter the Sweepstakes without completing a review (a "Non-Review Entry"), on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, plus daytime and evening telephone number. Mail entry in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: WildTangent Sweepstakes, WildTangent, Inc., 18578 NE 67th Court Redmond, WA, USA 98052. Each Non-Review Entry must be postmarked by the Deadline and received with in four (4) business days after the Deadline to be eligible to win. Limit one (1) entry per day per email address.

Sweepstakes Period. The Social Summer Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. (PST) on July 1, 2011 and end at 11:45:00 p.m. (PST) on July 8, 2011 (the "Deadline").

Prizes.A total of 77 prizes will be awarded: 1 grand-prize of 1,000 WildCoins, 2 individual prizes of 500 WildCoins, 4 individual prizes of 250 WildCoins and 70 individual prizes of 100 WildCoins each. WildCoins will be deposited into each winner's online account at WildTangent.com or one of Sponsor's OEM partner sites. The approximate retail value of the grand-prize is $250 USD, and the aggregate retail value of all prizes is $2500 USD. All winners will be notified via the email address or the phone number provided within ten (10) business days of the Sweepstakes drawing date. The prizes will be delivered in prize codes, sent to winners' email addresses with instructions on how to redeem the prize. An account will be required on WildTangent.com or one of Sponsor's OEM partner sites to redeem the prize; however, there is no cost to set up an account. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. Only (1) prize per household will be awarded. The Sponsor will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact information provided.

Sponsor will use best efforts to deliver all prize awards to the prize winners in a timely manner (estimated 2-3 weeks, but possibly as long as 12 weeks). Sponsor shall not be responsible or obligated for any event or events which may delay shipment or deliveries, which are reasonably beyond its control. If a prize winner declines or refuses to accept the prize(s) awarded, or in the event notification cannot be accomplished within ten days of the first notification attempt, or if any winner does not meet the eligibility criteria that prize winner shall be disqualified and Sponsor shall select an alternate prize winner for that particular prize. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).Prizes are not transferable.

Prize Drawing. A random drawing from all entries that meet Sweepstakes criteria will be held within four (4) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner will be notified email within ten (10) business days following the Sweepstakes drawing.

Use of Entries. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to grant Sponsor, its agents, subsidiaries and affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, database rights and any other rights entrant has in the review entry (and any part thereof), in any media now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation, the internet), without additional compensation. Further, entrant grants Sponsor the additional license to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute the review or incorporate such materials into any form, medium or technology, including the right, at Sponsor's sole discretion, to distribute and/or publish the review (or any part thereof). Taxes. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

Additional Terms. Sponsor is not responsible for any human or other error that may occur in the processing of entries, nor is it responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email addresses.

Force Majeure. Sponsor reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, intervening circumstances warrant such change, suspension, or cancellation. Intervening circumstances include, but are not limited to, interruption, preemption, or cancellation of Sponsor's programming owing to conditions beyond Sponsor's control, such as strikes, labor disputes, war, insurrection, revolution, terrorism, riot or other civil disturbance, earthquake, fire, flood, or other natural disasters, governmental restrictions, embargoes or other exercises of governmental authority, unavailability of supplies, components, or material, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control.

General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use winners' name, address, opinions, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, winners may be required to execute a consent to the use of their name, address, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. Entrant's personal information is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy.

Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winners List; Rules Request. For a copy of the winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after July 1, 2011 and before July 8, 2011 to Sponsor at the address listed below, Attn: Social Summer Round-Up Sweepstakes Winner's List. To obtain a copy of these rules, send a self-addressed business-size envelope to Sponsor at the address listed below, Attn: Social Summer Round-Up Sweepstakes Rules Request. Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the law of the state in which the entrant resides. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor 's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these official rules or who are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
