WildCoins Billing

I have questions about how much my WildCoins cost.

Detailed WildCoins pricing is available by clicking the WildCoins button at the top of this page. Please note, we offer two ways to purchase WildCoins. The Super Saver Pack, Fun Pack, and Casual Pack are subscription services with recurring payments. When you sign up for one of these WildCoin Packs, you receive a significant discount over the "one time" package pricing. You can also choose to purchase WildCoins as needed with any of our Single Packs.

If you would like to review or cancel your WildCoins plan, please log in using your e-mail address and password and click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. You'll be taken straight to the Account Management page, where you will see the option to change your plan. To cancel, you must enter your email address and password again, and click "Cancel Now" on the confirmation screen. We suggest verifying your subscription is cancelled by checking the "My Account" page five minutes after you cancel (where you will no longer see a plan).

Why am I being charged again for WildCoins - I thought I only bought them once?

When you sign up for a plan, such as the Super Saver Pack, you receive 50 WildCoins every month at a significant discount and agree to receive WildCoins each month for a predetermined number of months. This information is very clearly included in the terms of use document and displayed on screen when you purchase the plan.

I received an email that a billing error stopped my WildCoins payment

Billing Error: A "billing error" can happen for several reasons, including: your credit card on file has expired, you have moved and did not update your address, or your bank has declined our monthly plan charge. For your security, we are limited in the information we can provide as to why an automatic payment failed, but you can contact us by clicking "Email Support" for assistance.

To update the payment information we have on file click here. Log in using your e-mail address and password if necessary. You'll be taken to the Account Management page. Select the option to update your billing info.

Insufficient Funds: If you receive an email from WildTangent that specifies insufficient funds in your account, you will not receive WildCoins that month and your plan will be halted. We will NOT retry an automatic payment, in order to spare you costly overdraft fees and time. At that time, your account will be suspended, and you must contact Customer Support via email when you wish to have it reinstated.
